How do I cancel my subscription?
Subscriptions are managed by Apple. Open Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions on iOS, or System Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions on macOS. Find "Platform Pro" and tap Cancel.
How do I request data deletion?
Email support@synccy.com from the email address tied to your account. We will delete your account and associated data within 30 days.
Is my data shared with third parties?
No. Platform does not sell your data, share it with advertisers, or use third-party analytics. See the privacy policy for details.
Which devices does Platform run on?
Platform is a Universal Purchase: iPhone (iOS), iPad (iPadOS), and Mac (macOS). One purchase covers all platforms.
What if a connected service (Gmail, Google Calendar, etc.) stops working?
Open the app's Settings, find the connected account, and tap Reconnect. If the issue persists, email support@synccy.com with the connection name and any error message you see.
