Subprocessors
Short list, on purpose. Platform's backend runs on hardware we operate ourselves in the EU, so there is no cloud provider in the storage path — no AWS, no Azure, no Google Cloud. What follows is everyone else who receives anything.
| Who | What for | What they get | Where |
|---|---|---|---|
| Apple | iCloud private database sync; App Store billing once Platform is released | Your app content, if you enable iCloud (stored under your own Apple Account). Purchase and receipt data at launch. | Apple, per your Apple Account region |
| Cloudflare | Turnstile — the anti-bot check on the waitlist form | Your IP address and a challenge token, at the moment you submit the form. No email address. | Cloudflare, global |
| Namecheap (Private Email) | The mailbox that receives support and legal mail | Whatever you put in an email you send us | EU/US, per the provider |
Things people expect to see here, and why they are not
- No analytics vendor. When this site measures anything it
does so with Plausible running on our own machine at
plausible.synccy.com— cookieless, no cross-site profile, and not a third party because it is not somebody else's server. - No advertising or attribution networks. None, anywhere, in the app or on this site.
- No customer-support platform. Support is an email address, not a helpdesk product with a copy of your history.
- No payment processor of ours. At launch Apple bills, and we never see a card number. There is nothing to charge today.
- Connected accounts are yours, not ours. If you connect Gmail, Outlook, Google Calendar or Google Photos, you are handing tokens to your own accounts at those providers. They are not our subprocessors; they are your services, reachable because you said so, and revocable in Settings.

A party is added here when it is actually wired up, and removed when it is not — not when it is planned. Questions: support@synccy.com.
