On iPhone
Not a read-only companion. Create a record, drag it between columns, edit a property, filter — the iPhone app is the same app, on a smaller pane of glass.
Changes sync through your own iCloud private database.
Workflows
A visual designer with a live execution monitor: drag the steps, connect them, and watch a real run light up node by node. When something fails you see which node, not a log line.
Knowledge graph
Every mention becomes a link and every link becomes a backlink, so the note you wrote six months ago surfaces next to the one you are writing now. The graph updates as you type.
Charts
Point a chart at a database and it stays pointed: add a record and the bars move. No export step, no second tool, no copy of the data that goes stale the moment you make it.
And the rest of the day
The pipeline you track deals in, the rooms you talk in, the mail you answer, the calendar you live by — in the app that already holds the records they are about. That is the point of one app: the context comes with you.
Connected mail and calendar accounts are yours: you grant tokens over OAuth and revoke them in Settings.

This is the iPhone app, rebuilt here from its own source. Move through the tab bar the way you would on your phone.

Run a workflow and watch it branch on a record you pick. Pull the knowledge graph apart and accept a link the AI proposed. Redraw the same eight records as nine kinds of chart. Three of the twenty sidebar rows are live here — the rest are shown because the app has them.

These are good tools. Most of what follows is not a knock on them — it is where the one-app bet actually pays, and one row where it does not.

~ means partly, or with caveats. Marks are set from publicly documented behaviour and are deliberately conservative about the other three — where we were unsure, we marked them higher. Platform’s own column describes the app as it is built today, which is a TestFlight build and not yet a released product; the last row is where a plain folder of markdown still beats us, and will until there is a repository to hand you.
Privacy & local-first
Why I built it
I kept my work in five apps: the plan in one, the records in another, the automations in a third, the notes in a fourth, and the thing that glued them together in a fifth. None of them knew about the others, so I was the integration — copying a status here, pasting a link there, and losing the context every time I switched. I did not want a better one of those five. I wanted the one app that already knows the record the note is about.

Platform is not on the App Store yet — these are the prices it launches with. The app itself is a free download; Pro is an optional subscription that lifts every limit.

Prices are what Platform launches with, not what you can pay today. At launch, subscriptions are managed by Apple: the app is a free download and Pro is an in-app purchase, cancellable any time in Settings → Subscriptions on iOS or System Settings → Subscriptions on macOS.
FAQ
There is no date to give you, and a made-up one would be worse than none. Platform is in TestFlight; the App Store comes after that feedback. Join the waitlist and you get one email the day it opens — that is the whole promise.
Notion is excellent and mostly a web app in a desktop shell. Platform is a native Mac, iPad and iPhone app that works with no connection at all, and it folds in the parts you would otherwise reach for Airtable, Linear, Make and Obsidian to get — the databases, the automations and the knowledge graph over the same records.
That is the design — PostgreSQL and RabbitMQ, orchestrated with Docker Compose, on your Mac, your Pi or your own server, with no AWS, Azure or Google Cloud in the path. What is not there yet is a public repository to hand you, so self-hosting is by arrangement for now: email support@synccy.com and we will walk you through it.
No. Nothing is sold, there is no third-party analytics SDK in the app, and no advertising identifier is read. The full list of who receives anything at all — Apple, Cloudflare for the anti-bot check on the waitlist form, and the mailbox that answers you — is on /subprocessors.
Personal content syncs through your own iCloud private database over CloudKit, which means it sits under your Apple Account rather than ours. Shared and team data lives on backend infrastructure we operate in the EU — or on yours, if you self-host.
iPhone (iOS 17+), iPad (iPadOS 17+) and Mac (macOS 14+), as one Universal Purchase — buy it once and it is yours on all three.
The app is a free download and Pro is an optional subscription: $9.99 a month or $79.99 a year. Those are the prices Platform intends to launch with, not prices you can pay today — nothing on this site can charge you. At launch Apple handles the billing, so cancelling is one tap in Settings → Subscriptions.
